2006
The factory was established.
Mr. Zhang Huanzheng, a senior engineer who has been working in the industry for 10 years, found that there is a serious shortage of high-end filter accessories in China, so he is determined to produce high-end filter products in China. He set up a factory and started producing filters and their parts.
2007
The first imported equipment.
The first imported equipment was obtained, which was imported from Germany.
2008
Set up research and development department
R&D departments were established for the development of high-end products. The same quality products as Bohr were manufactured and became COFCO's supplier of filter parts.
2009
The 5S management system was established
The 5S management system was established, and 1 factory in line with its standards was established on the pair. After equipping it with various sophisticated mechanical processing equipment, it eventually became a supplier and supplied filter parts for Jinmailang Beverage Co., Ltd
2010
13 production lines.
Due to the increase in production capacity, the plant was expanded to 2 standard plants and 13 new production lines were added for the manufacture of filters. Become a supplier of Kinoro Food Co., Ltd. and supply filtration parts for it.
2013
Major breakthroughs.
Zhehan’s filter products rank among the top three in terms of export value in China.
2015
Technology.
In 2015, two cutting-edge technologies were successfully developed. First of all, the filter of 20 micron wedge wire was successfully developed, and the result was to solve the problem of its surface smoothness. Secondly, the surface treatment patent technology was successfully applied. Finally, it became a supplier of filter parts for Nescafé (Qingdao).
2017
Increase investment.
Three standard buildings were expanded and various precision mechanical processing equipment was added to them, which made the production process more efficient and could produce customized samples in as fast as 3 days.
2019
Export business.
Zhehan Filter started export business and became a supplier of filter parts to Coca-Cola (Shanghai).
2020-present
Brand building.
Our brand building in China has been very successful, but it is not the end of our business. We are always looking for strong partners who can work permanently around the world. In order to contribute to the filtration industry, we look forward to working with customers around the world.
